For much of my life, I carried invisible wounds.

Wounds from childhood. Wounds from sexual abuse. Wounds from rejection, abandonment, and failed relationships. From my teens into my 20s, I was stuck in a pattern of deep heartbreak, toxic connections, and searching for love in all the wrong places.

By my early 30s, my soul was bruised, my identity was confused, and I had completely turned to the New Age in search of answers.

Crystals. Reiki. Manifestation. Goddess circles. Plant medicine. Energy healing. I tried it all.

New Age Deception and the Illusion of Self-Love

Like many women, I was told that the answer to all my pain was self-love.

And for a while, it sounded good. I took courses, journaled, created rituals, and tried to cultivate love for myself. I even began building my own healing course based on my experiences, thinking that if I shared my story and the tools that helped me, I could finally offer something meaningful.

But deep down, I still didn’t feel whole.

Every time I tried to put the course together, something felt off. Collaborations fell through. The words didn’t land. The content felt shallow. And I couldn’t hide from the truth: I was still broken.

No amount of self-love could erase the trauma buried in my heart.

My Encounter with Jesus in 2020

Then, in 2020, everything changed. I had a supernatural encounter with Jesus Christ that shook me to the core.

It wasn’t just emotional—it was holy. I experienced the love of God so deeply that it shattered every lie I had ever believed about who I was.

I wept. I repented. I surrendered everything.

And in that moment, I knew: Loving myself could never save me. But letting myself be loved by the One who created me—that was the key to true healing.

Transformation Through Christ

Since that day, my life has radically changed.

I married a wonderful, supportive, and godly man two years later. I became a stepmother to a young girl I’ve had the privilege of helping raise for the past six years. I’ve repaired relationships with my family. I’ve found deep friendships with women who now feel like sisters. I have a beautiful church community that walks with me, teaches me, and lifts me up.

Most importantly, I’ve spent the last five years studying God’s Word nearly every single day.

Scripture became my foundation. Worship became my lifeline. Jesus became my everything.

And slowly, the Holy Spirit began prompting me:

“Now you are ready to create again—this time with Me.”

Creating with the Holy Spirit

This time, I wasn’t pulling from New Age teachings or spiritual experiences outside of God. I took all the concepts that once helped me and brought them to the feet of Jesus.

I stripped away the deception. I replaced lies with Scripture. I infused every lesson with the Gospel.

What emerged was the course I had longed to create all those years ago—but now, it was anointed, holy, and led by the Holy Spirit.
